Take a look at our projects...
Restoring Cooling After Wildlife Damage
When critters tried to chew their way into the attic, they damaged the electrical wiring leading to the outdoor HVAC unit—shutting the system down entirely. Our team quickly identified the issue: a chewed-through wire that couldn’t be salvaged. We ran a brand-new line, restored power to the unit, and got it back up and cooling in no time. Just another day keeping Sugar Land homes comfortable—critter-proof and cool!
Dryer Vent Cleaning & Inspection with Camera Scope
Clogged dryer vents aren’t just inefficient—they’re a serious fire hazard. For this project, we used our camera scope technology to inspect a vent packed with lint and debris. The live footage revealed just how blocked the airflow had become. After a thorough cleaning, we restored safe, proper ventilation and helped prevent a potential fire. We also checked for any damage in the vent line to ensure everything was fully intact. Keeping homes safe and efficient—one dryer vent at a time!
Air Plenum Box Inspection & Deep Cleaning
Sometimes the root of indoor air quality issues is hiding in plain sight—or in this case, inside the ductwork. This homeowner had been feeling unwell and couldn’t figure out why. After inspecting the supply air plenum box, we discovered significant mold and biological growth inside the duct system. The customer was shocked by the photos we shared. Using our professional-grade duct cleaning equipment, we thoroughly cleaned and restored the system, helping improve the home’s air quality and the customer’s well-being.
Clogged Dryer Vent Poses Fire Hazard — Thoroughly Cleared with Camera Inspection
This project highlights a severely clogged dryer vent discovered using our specialized camera inspection system. The homeowner was experiencing extended drying times and alert notifications from their dryer. Upon inspection, we found a dangerous amount of lint buildup—an often overlooked fire hazard. Our team quickly and effectively cleared the blockage, giving the customer peace of mind and restoring safe, efficient dryer performance.
Custom HVAC Installation for New Build — Maximized Space & Efficiency
For this custom installation at Kathie and Chris Lauoff’s new build, our team designed and installed an HVAC system that prioritized both performance and space efficiency. The homeowners had specific requests to keep attic storage areas accessible, so we worked closely with their plans to creatively route ductwork and strategically place the system. The result was a tailored solution that delivered comfort without compromising valuable storage space.
Next-Day A/C System Upgrade with High-Efficiency Comfortmaker Ion
When a customer’s A/C went out, we provided four clear options ranging from repair to full replacement. Due to current equipment and refrigerant shortages, we acted quickly—contacting Comfortmaker directly to find the best available solution. Although the initial request was for a 15 SEER unit, we sourced a high-efficiency 16 SEER Comfortmaker Ion system instead—at an even better value. The very next day, we completed the installation. The customer was thrilled with the quiet performance and appreciated our dedication to exceeding expectations.
